Friday, we just hung around the room and went to the beach for a little while.  For supper, we met Gary and Pat at a restaurant next door to their condo.  It was a Thia restaurant but I told them that I wasn’t dressing up and I wasn’t going to wear a tie.  It was the first time that we had eaten Thia food and we found it to be very good.  After supper, we needed some dessert so we headed to the ice cream shop just down the road from us.  It was called Moos.

Mom said that was the biggest wiener that she had ever seen.  I felt a little self conscious, but the ice cream was good.  While we were there, I noticed one of those horses that you pay a quarter to ride.  The paint was all falling off but I did notice  George Washington was on the horse.  Can you see it?

See if this picture helps.

Saturday found us sleeping in late again, then to the beach.  After cleaning up late in the afternoon, we walked to a Mexican Restaurant about a block from our hotel.

Sunday, we went to church with Gary and Pat.  They attend a nice church about 45 minutes from here.  It was a large church.  After church, we all went with Gary and Shirley Vandeventer to a fish restaurant.  We had some good groceries there.  We all rolled out of there and waddled up to the car and came home.

Judy and I decided to go to the beach this afternoon.  It was very enjoyable.  I didn’t really go swimming.  We mostly sat in beach chairs and watched the waves come in.

Here is a picture of our hotel.

I noticed some stanger trying to sneak into our room.

The rest of these pictures are some shots of the ocean right outside our hotel room.
